“This very moment is the perfect teacher, and, lucky for us, it’s with us wherever we are.”

—Pema Chodron

Imagine a two-lane road winding gently through a remote forest, just a single dotted line separating the lanes. I am on one side of the road and you are on the other. I am inviting you to meet me in the middle, at the dotted line. As we explore the journey together, I will work my half of the road, spiritual, and environmental aspects of your being to create an open path to a deeper connection to self, while you will work on your side of the road. My job is never to step over or cross the dotted line onto your territory, your side of the road; that’s your part. When we discover what is holding you back, we’ll create the road map to mindfulness and restore balance, ease, and freedom to move forward, meet in the middle, and walk down the road together.

If you are ready to make the changes you need to discover the ever unfolding realization of your soul’s journey, then join me and let’s get started today.

Co-create harmony & peace to discover

What is the Zia Symbol?

The sun symbol of the Pueblo of Zia is best known for its representation in the flag of New Mexico and is seen as a symbol of life’s changes and wholeness. Among many Northern American indigenous cultures, the sacred number four is omnipresent in the world and what surrounds us.  For the Zia people, the rays of the sun represent the cardinal directions (north, west, south, and east), time by the way of the four seasons (spring, summer, fall, and winter), the stages of a person’s lifetime (infancy, adolescence, adulthood, and elderhood), and the essence of a person’s being (heart, mind, body, and spirit).  All of these, functioning in unison, makes us complete and give us our identity and the sun circle in the middle represents that wholeness and oneness.

With permission of the people of Zia Pueblo, I use this symbol for One Spirit Wellness as it aligns with my desire to work together with my clients to create clarity, harmony & health through an integrative approach to mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness and ultimately, a deeper connection to self.

BECOMING A DOCTOR

HEALTH & HEALING

WHAT PATIENTS ARE SAYING

"If chronic illness is a negative vortex then it is reasonable to suppose that movement into health and spiritual growth is its inverse, a positive vortex. That force of Nature has a name. She is Dr. Gold. Her transformational healing skills have catapulted me to a much higher state of Wellness than I could ever dream of attaining without her informed guidance. Her caring is steadfastly palpable!"

— Jan, Grafton, MA

“I purchased the supplements Dr. Gold recommended and never looked back. I had immediate relief! All because she listened. All because she cared. She is my lucky charm, my pot of Gold. She is the Gold lining in my cloud. While my health isn't completely out of the woods yet, I know with Dr. Gold I am on the right track. Together we will figure out what is wrong and why it's happening and what to do about it. She truly changed my life forever.”
